The Plan?
At HEALTHNICS, there are no shortcuts to permanent weight loss. We don't believe in quick fix programme, crash dieting, rigorous exercising. These are dangerous for health and also do not give permanent weight loss.
Program is designed taking into consideration your likes and dislikes, schedule, appetite and even your social background, so following becomes very easy. You don't have to remain hungry you have to eat 5-6 meals a day.
